These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and jl36 governing your use of the platform, your account, and all games and services available on jl36.one. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active jl36 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
jl36 employs automated and manual age-verification procedures. If jl36 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member is under 21 years of age, jl36 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, freeze the Wallet balance, and require submission of identity documents within 72 hours. Any winnings generated on an underage Account are forfeited.
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jl36 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Wallet balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jl36 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify jl36 immediately via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. jl36 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
As a general rule, jl36 permits only one Account per household address and per verified identity. Where multiple Accounts are detected sharing the same device, IP address, or bank account, jl36 reserves the right to investigate and may close duplicate Accounts or withhold bonus eligibility.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, jl36 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at jl36's discretion based on account activity or regulatory requirement.
A Member who fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jl36 will have their withdrawal privileges suspended. If verification is not completed within thirty (30) days of a formal request, jl36 reserves the right to close the Account and return deposited funds (minus any Bonus Funds already utilised) to the source payment method, subject to applicable anti-money laundering procedures.

All transactions on jl36 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). jl36 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jl36 Wallet in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, depending on the processing schedule of the originating institution. jl36 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within ten (10) minutes. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) banking business day. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be disbursed to a payment method registered in the Member's verified name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
jl36 is subject to Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. jl36 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or report any transaction that triggers its anti-money laundering protocols. Members may be required to provide additional documentation explaining the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawal requests.
All games available on the jl36 Platform — including live dealer tables, slot machines, sabong, sports betting, bingo, and Teen Patti 20-20 — operate under their respective published game rules, which are available within each game interface and on the relevant category pages of jl36.one.
RNG-based games (slots, bingo, and virtual games) use certified random number generation software audited by independent testing laboratories. Certification documentation is available upon request from the jl36 compliance team.
Live dealer games and live sabong streams originate from PAGCOR-licensed venues and professional studio environments. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the recorded game log maintained by jl36's gaming servers shall be the definitive record. Where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect payout, jl36 reserves the right to rectify the error and is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from software malfunctions.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jl36 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently terminated, their Wallet balance forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

jl36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, jl36 reserves the right to forfeit Wallet balances attributable to Bonus Funds and to return deposited funds only after completing required anti-money laundering review procedures. Members who believe their Account has been incorrectly suspended may lodge a formal dispute via the jl36 Live Chat support channel within thirty (30) days.
All content on the jl36 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of jl36 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl36 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jl36 content without express written authorisation from jl36.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl36's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Member into their jl36 Account during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl36's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at jl36.one/privacy-policy. jl36 processes Member data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules, as overseen by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
By registering a jl36 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications related to your Account activity and promotional offers.
jl36 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, jl36 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via in-platform notification and/or SMS to registered mobile numbers before the amendment takes effect.
Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory instruction from PAGCOR) may take effect immediately upon publication. The current effective date displayed in the page header reflects the most recent revision. Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the jl36 Platform shall first be submitted to jl36's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jl36 support via Live Chat or at [email protected]. jl36 will endeavour to resolve all Member disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a dispute is not resolved through jl36's internal process, Members may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures. Disputes that remain unresolved following the PAGCOR escalation process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
